About the guide

Interview prep written from the evaluator's side of the table

The Physician Assistant School Interview Guide is a complete interview preparation system built specifically for PA school interviews — not recycled medical-school advice with the words "PA school" swapped in. It covers the two questions that define every PA interview ("Why PA?" and "Why not MD/DO/NP?"), MMI and group interview formats, ethics scenarios, healthcare policy questions, talking about your patient-care hours, smart questions to ask programs, a rapid-fire prep bank, and an interview-day and virtual-interview playbook.

It is available in two editions:

  • The printable workbook edition — available on Fiverr, a workbook-format PDF you can print, annotate, and work through as you prepare.
  • The extended edition — available on Amazon as a Kindle edition, with bonus chapters on rolling admissions strategy and post-interview decisions — deposits, waitlists, and choosing between programs.

About Dr. Eye MD

Dr. Eye MD is an attending physician and former chief resident. He went through 20+ residency interviews himself, has trained and worked alongside PAs throughout his career, and has helped 800+ health-professions applicants — including PA school applicants — craft their stories and interview with confidence.

Most PA interview guides are written from the applicant's side of the desk: someone who got in, telling you what worked for them. That is useful, but it is one data point. Dr. Eye MD writes from the other side — the side that is doing the evaluating. When he tells you what a panel is really asking underneath "Why PA?", it is because he knows what that question is designed to reveal.

His approach is built on a simple belief: the best interview answers are not memorized, they are structured. Frameworks plus your real stories beat generic advice every time. Borrow the structures, fill them with your own experiences, and walk in ready.
